We can take care of the whole process from taking the calls to marketing your property to showing the home and writing up the contracts. In most cases you have the ability to offer above average rents and charge an option fee as well as 1st and last months rent. We try to structure this to be as hands off as possible for the homeowner (investor).
Our Tenant Fulfillment Program includes but is not limited to the following services:
